第十届国际温泉文化旅游节之咸宁首届农民丰收节

五谷丰登活动得到了省、市、县领导的高度重视，咸宁市委书记、市人大常委会主任丁小强向活动发来贺词，市委副书记、市长王远鹤、崇阳县县委书记杭莺、县长郑俊华等领导出席开幕式。

县委书记杭莺致欢迎辞经国务院批准，将每年的“秋分”日定为中国农民丰收节，这是第一个在国家层面专门为农民设立的节日。活动现场还举行了《中国农民丰收节》纪念邮票首发式揭牌仪式。随后的文艺演出、农民K歌会、农家菜烹饪大赛、农民广场舞大赛、赛果、农民趣味运动会等一系列精彩赛事轮番上演，农民朋友们自编自导自演，积极拼搏、奋力争先，充分展示了咸宁农业新发展、农村新变化、农民新风采。
